Systematic Conglomerate Sdn Bhd (SCSB), a subsidiary of Pivotal Achievement Group of Companies was officially incorporated in January 2001. SCSB is a wholly owned Bumiputera company and also the main contractor of Maintenance, Operations, Support and IT Upgrades services. Since its incorporation, SCSB has been involved in healthcare informatics for Total Hospital Information System project implementations, Software development and at various Health Information Communication Technology (HICT) projects.

SCSB vast exposure and excellent track record in HICT projects, SCSB has successfully developed itself to be one of the most well known HICT providers in Malaysia. To date, SCSB has been given a mandate by the Government of Malaysia to provide Maintenance, Operations, Support and IT Upgrades services for five (5) Government Hospitals under the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

SCSB has also developed various systems to meet the needs and requirements of its customers namely the Government Agencies and private organizations. Amongst the systems developed by SCSB are Central Sterile Supply System (CSSD), Dietary/ Kitchen Management System, Blood Donor Management System, Service Desk System, Asset Management System and Human Resource Management System.

In advancement to the technology knowledge and skills, SCSB has been in partnership and a technology recipient with MIMOS Berhad under the Health Sector for deployment and commercialization of newly developed technologies by MIMOS Berhad.

Utilising these skills SCSB has completed the development of Pilgrim Health Information System (PHIS) for Tabung Haji Malaysia (TH)and is being deployed annually at Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia during the holy pilgrimage of Hajj since 2008 to 5 hospitals and 22 clinics.  Extending to PHIS development, the 1Clinic (Clinic Information System) and MyHIS (Malaysian Hospital Information System) developed for the Clinics and hospitals respectively has been completed in development and currently undergoing testing.
