CenTraxs is designed to facilitate the central sterile supply department staff to effectively manage CSSD instruments. CenTraxs has tracking features which covers the central sterile cycle:

OCW-TraXs (Recommended User: Cssd Staff)
This module is designed for wards or clinics staff. The module provides the following functionalities:

  • Registering used items and materials at client's workstation.
  • Registering a missing/ failing instruments at clients workstation.
  • Acknowledging used items and materials to be sent to CSSD.
  • Acknowledging the receiving of sterile goods from CSSD.
  • Sending and receive requisition of sterile goods electronically to CSSD.
  • Viewing/Checking availability of sterile goods in their floor stock.
  • Handling inter-department loan.

OpTraXs (Recommended User: Operation Theatre staff)
This module is designed for Operation Theatre (OT) staff. The module provides the following functionalities:

  • Registering items and instruments to be used before and after procedure.
  • Registering a missing/ failing instruments at workstations in operating theatre.
  • Acknowledging used items, instruments and materials to be sent to CSSD.
  • Acknowledging the receiving of sterile goods from CSSD.
  • Sending and receive requisition of sterile goods electronically to CSSD.
