EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Dato' Amanullah Mohamed Yusoof

Dato' Amanullah graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the University of Cardiff, United Kingdom in 1991. He has over ten years experience in the business industry.

Dato' Amanullah started his career with AIC Corporation Bhd, a public listed company in August 1994 as an executive and promoted to Assistant Manager in January 1995 and subsequently to Manager in July 1996. From January 1997 to December 1999, he was the Managing Director of a subsidiary company of AIC Corporation Bhd. He left AIC Corporation Bhd Group in December 1999 to start his own business. He also sits on the board of Directors of several other private limited companies.

Dr Syed Amin Hussaini Abdullah Al-Edrus

Dr. Syed Amin, a medical doctor by profession, is the IT Clinical Director overseeing the implementation of the THIS in public hospitals in Malaysia – right from the planning stage up to the actual operations after hospitals went “live”. Dr. Syed directs and co-ordinates all activities concerning the overall application design and specifications, business process re-engineering, change management and quality assurance. He also oversees our research and development centre in determining its concept, ideas, specification and applications.

His involvement with IT started with his appointment as the Project Manager for the Ministry of Health Malaysia for the 970 beds, Selayang Hospital, the first "Paperless and Filmless" hospital in the region.

Mohamad Shahrozad Mohamed Johar

Mohamad Shahrozad embarked on his first career with the Malayan Banking Group (Maybank) in 1991 attached to the Credit Review Department at Head Quarters. He later joined AIC Corporation Berhad, a manufacturing based company listed at Bursa Kuala Lumpur Second Board in January 1995, as Finance Executive.Six months later he was promoted as Assistant Manager, Finance & Administration overseeing the financial affairs of two subsidiaries.

He was later promoted as a Manager, Group Contract & Procurement for Telecommunication Division in one of AIC Corporation Bhd affiliated companies in early 1997. He joined Systematic Conglomerate Sdn Bhd in early 2003 as Admin & Finance Manager before his promotion to General Manager in 2004.

Marina Ishak

Marina possess more than ten (10) years of working experience within Information Technology industry and has been involved with implementation of the 1st state-of-the-art paperless hospital within the region namely Selayang Hospital, equipped with Total Hospital Information System (THIS). She possesses vast experience in coordinating and managing a group of consultant called “Domain Experts” who extend their professional services towards implementing the Total Hospital Information System for fourteen (14) Malaysian Government new hospitals.

She was a Project Manager for Hospital Sultan Ismail (Pandan Hospital) at Johor Bahru for the implementation of Total Hospital Information System (THIS) which was successfully implemented in September 2006 and has been recommended as role model for all moving forward Hospital Information System's implementation.

Termen Ismail

Termen started his career in the midst of computing era introduced in Malaysia, later joined Telekom Malaysia Berhad handling data communication. He later further enhanced the networking skill in one of it's subsidiaries. He possesses vast experience in attending technical supports cases related to structured and desktop solutions. He is also well versed in handling matters relating to communication specification majoring in switches, hubs, modems and routers.

Managing networking operations and maintenance of Total Hospital Information System (THIS) for Selayang Hospital has really groomed him to be among the competent personnel to undertake the responsibility of similar division. Considering his wide range of skill sets and knowledge, Termen has been appointed to lead the Operations, Support and Maintenance division in Systematic Conglomerate.

Kamaruzaman Hamzah

Kamaruzaman possesses multiple experiences in several industries. He had a wide range of knowledge in coordinating works involving satellite earth station, networking system, site preparation workflows, installation and relocation of equipment.

He joined Systematic Conglomerate as a Project Manager in the year 2002. He is well versed in handling and managing project implementation. He was also a Project Coordinator for Sultan Ismail Hospital at Johor Bharu, which is one of THIS hospital in Malaysia under the Eight Malaysia Plan with Information Technology Infrastructure.

Fazilah Che Fauzi

Fazilah joined Systematic Conglomerate Sdn. Bhd in July 2002 as a company trainer. Her major tasks were to schedule, plan and train the staff of Government Hospitals with basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office applications under Transfer of Technology Plan. In the early days, she used to contribute her programming knowledge by assisting web application developer complete a few modules.

She was promoted to Unit Leader-Training in September 2003. She played a role as software development team coordinator in August 2004 where her major task was to coordinate in-house product development. In March 2005, she was appointed as Assistant Manager – IT where her major task was to coordinate software development team in product development. She was later promoted as Software Development Manager in early 2007.
