Systematic Conglomerate Sdn Bhd (SCSB) has a proven track record of direct involvement and completing major projects since 2001.  The project scope was for Design, Install, Equip, Commission and Maintenance of Hospital Information and Communication System (HICT) of Malaysian Government Hospital. SCSB was appointed as the main implementer for the “Contract 1” (Hospital Sultan Ismail @Pandan) and one Military Hospital under the administration of Ministry of Health and Ministry of Defense Malaysia.

In collaboration with Tabung Haji Malaysia, SCSB has developed and deployed Pilgrim Health Information System (PHIS) during the Hajj season to 5 hospitals and 22 Clinics facilities managed by Tabung Haji Malaysia at the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia since 2008. The approach of the application service is the utilization of single server running remotely from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia serving the application to the cities of Makkah and Madinah at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
